Your team is doing manually what a machine could handle, every single day.
I find which processes in your Gulf business cost the most, rank what is worth automating, and manage the build through a delivery partner. The audit and roadmap is AED 6,500. Builds are AED 7,500 to 10,000 per automation.
Builds delivered by a partner
The real cost of manual operations in a growing Gulf business.
Most UAE and KSA business owners know they should be using AI and automation. What stops them is not the tools. It is not knowing which processes to automate first, which tools actually work in the Gulf market, and how to manage a technical build without a technical team.
So the manual workarounds stay. WhatsApp becomes the CRM. Excel becomes the reporting system. Onboarding happens on phone calls. Every team member carries 5 to 10 hours a week of work that should not exist.
The internal fear is real: what if we pick the wrong tool? What if the build fails? What if the team does not use it? So nothing changes, and the business grows on top of a fragile operational base that makes every new hire more expensive and every new client harder to serve.
The Gulf AI Operations Setup exists for this situation. I identify the specific processes in your business that are ready to automate, design the right solution for the Gulf context, and manage the build so it gets delivered and used.
Built for Gulf businesses, proven on live operations.
The proof points are live: aelabrak.com runs on automated content operations; Founder Zone uses AI-assisted onboarding and communication workflows; Absher Business has a sales knowledge system built on ChatGPT that handles client qualification enquiries.
All three were diagnosed, designed and delivered with the same process as this service. Now it is available as a standalone engagement.
Is this right for you.
- You are running a UAE or KSA business with 5 to 50 people and your team spends significant time on repetitive manual tasks: lead qualification, client onboarding, reporting, scheduling, or internal communications
- You have tried to set up automation tools before (Zapier, Make, HubSpot workflows) and they either were not configured properly or your team stopped using them
- You want to use AI in your business but you do not have a technical co-founder or an IT team. You need someone to own the process end-to-end from diagnosis to delivery
- You are growing fast enough that the manual processes are starting to break: delivery is slowing, errors are increasing, and every new hire inherits the same inefficient workflows
- You want custom software development: this engagement uses no-code and low-code automation tools (Make.com, n8n, HubSpot, WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI API). Custom-coded platforms are a different project
- You are pre-revenue or still validating your model: automation scales what already works. If the process does not exist yet, the Audit will flag this and recommend you come back in 6 to 12 months
- You need a technology strategy presentation for your board: this produces working systems, not slide decks
The process, step by step.
Audit / Project-Based. UAE & KSA.
- Intake & Scoping
You complete a process intake form covering your team structure, current tools, and the 5 to 10 tasks you think take the most time. I review your profile and prepare the audit session.
Days 1 to 2
- Process Audit Session
A 90-minute working session mapping your core business processes. Every process is scored on automation potential, volume, and build complexity. You leave knowing exactly where the opportunities are.
Day 3
- AI Operations Roadmap
I build your AI Operations Roadmap: business snapshot, full process audit matrix, ranked automation opportunities with tool recommendations, a 90-day build plan, a stack recommendation, and an investment estimate for each build.
Days 3 to 5
- Roadmap Delivery & Debrief
You receive the completed Roadmap (12 to 18 pages, PDF) plus a 30-minute walkthrough call. If you go ahead with a build, the delivery partner quotes each automation from this document, at AED 7,500 to 10,000 per automation.
Day 5
- Automation Build (Partner-Delivered)
A delivery partner builds the automations against the Roadmap, and I manage the partner as your single point of contact. Weekly check-in calls keep you informed without requiring your technical involvement. You approve each automation before it goes live.
Per build, scoped in the Roadmap
- Testing, Training & Handover
Each automation is tested live before handover. Your team gets a training session on how each automation works, how to monitor it, and what to do if it needs adjusting. I then measure each automation for 30 days after go-live.
After each build
Two steps: the audit, then the builds.
The audit is my product; builds are partner-delivered and quoted per automation.

AI Automation for Gulf Businesses: Why the Generic Approach Fails Here
Most AI automation advice is written for Silicon Valley startups or European enterprise teams. It assumes your CRM is already configured, your data is clean, your team uses Slack, and your clients communicate via email. In UAE and KSA, the commercial reality is different. Client communication happens on WhatsApp. Many businesses run operations across Arabic and English simultaneously. Government and enterprise clients have procurement cycles that require manual follow-up. Off-the-shelf automation playbooks break immediately when they hit these realities.
The Gulf AI Operations Setup is designed for this context, not despite it. Every automation designed through this engagement accounts for WhatsApp-first communication, bilingual workflow requirements, Gulf compliance considerations, and the specific tools that actually have reliable infrastructure and support in the UAE and KSA market.
Gulf businesses that implement AI automation through a structured diagnostic process, rather than buying a tool and hoping it fits, see faster adoption by their teams and fewer abandoned automations in the first six months. The sequencing matters more than the tool: diagnose which processes are ready to automate before committing to any platform, and manage the build so it fits how the business actually operates.
What Qualifies a Process for Automation in a Gulf Business
Not every manual process should be automated. The Gulf AI Operations Audit scores each process against four criteria: repetitiveness (does the same sequence of actions happen more than 20 times a month?), volume (does the process involve a meaningful number of records, leads, messages, or transactions?), error cost (what happens when a human makes a mistake in this process, is it recoverable?), and time cost (how many staff hours per week does this process consume?). Processes that score high on all four are P1 automations: build these first.
Processes that score low on repetitiveness (every case is genuinely different) or that involve complex human judgment are not good automation candidates at this stage. The Roadmap flags these explicitly, because automating the wrong process creates worse problems than the manual version. This is the most common mistake Gulf businesses make when they try to implement automation without a diagnostic phase.
In the Gulf AI Operations Audits completed to date, the highest-value automation opportunities have consistently appeared in three areas: lead qualification and WhatsApp routing (which eliminates 3 to 6 hours of manual triage per week for businesses with inbound enquiry volume), client onboarding (which often involves 8 to 12 manual steps that can be reduced to 2 to 3), and internal reporting (which typically consumes 3 to 5 hours weekly and can be fully automated with zero quality loss).
The AI Operations Stack for UAE and KSA Businesses
The tools used in the Gulf AI Operations Setup are selected for three criteria: they work reliably in the UAE and KSA market infrastructure, they are no-code or low-code so the business is not dependent on a developer to maintain them after the project closes, and they integrate with the tools Gulf businesses already use (WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and local banking and payment systems).
The core stack is Make.com for workflow automation, the WhatsApp Business API for communication automation, OpenAI API for AI-powered processing (lead scoring, content summarisation, auto-response drafting), Google Sheets and Airtable for lightweight data management, and HubSpot for CRM-integrated automations. Additional tools are added based on what the audit finds: the stack is not fixed before the diagnosis.
Tool costs are typically AED 200 to 800 per month depending on volume. The AI Operations Roadmap includes a specific stack recommendation and monthly tool cost estimate before any build commitment is made.
Questions I get asked
Is AED 6,500 worth it just for an audit?
The audit produces a 12 to 18 page AI Operations Roadmap that tells you which processes to automate, which tools to use, what each build will cost, and what to build first. You can build it yourself, with another partner, or with my delivery partner. Either way, you have a complete brief.
What counts as one "live automation"?
One automation is one deployed workflow with a single trigger and a defined output. For example: a form submission triggers a lead scoring workflow that routes qualified leads to WhatsApp and sends unqualified leads an auto-response: that is one automation. A separately triggered daily reporting workflow is a different automation. The scope is always clarified in the Roadmap before the build starts.
What tools do you use? Do I need to pay for them?
The build uses no-code and low-code platforms: Make.com, n8n, HubSpot Workflows, WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI API, Google Sheets/Apps Script, and Airtable. Tool costs are the client's responsibility and typically run AED 200 to 800 per month depending on usage. The Roadmap includes a stack recommendation and estimated monthly tool cost before you commit to the build.
What if I do not have a technical team?
That is exactly who this service is for. I manage the delivery partner from start to finish. You take part in the audit session, approve automations before they go live, and attend the training session. You do not need to write code, configure anything, or manage a developer.
What do the 30 days after go-live cover?
Each build includes 30 days of measurement after go-live. I track whether the automation runs as designed and whether it saves the time the Roadmap estimated. Fixes in that window go through the delivery partner, with me as your single point of contact. New automations and workflow redesigns are scoped and quoted separately.
Do you work with businesses outside UAE and KSA?
The tools and platforms this service uses work globally, but the service is designed specifically for Gulf business contexts, WhatsApp-first client communication, Arabic and bilingual workflows, UAE and KSA compliance considerations, and automation patterns specific to how Gulf businesses actually operate. If you are based outside the GCC, message me on WhatsApp and we can assess fit.
